Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
Products in stock are shipped within 1 business day.
In case of delivery delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase. Contact us if you wish to do so.
Delivery Methods
We ship packages with Fedex and DHL.
Fedex delivers to your nearest collection point.
You will receive a notification by email, SMS, or letter when your package is ready for pickup.
DHL delivers smaller shipments directly to your door.
You will receive a notification by email and SMS.
Uncollected Packages
If the package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.
We then charge 3,99 € for delivery and administrative costs.
Shipping Cost
Shipping: 0 € within the EU.
Return shipping: 3,99 € will be deducted from your refund.
Complaints and Returns
Complaints
If an item is defective (e.g., wrong size, damaged, or does not match the product description), you have the right to make a complaint.
The right to complain is valid for 1 year.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

We will send you a return shipping label by email, which you can use to return the item.
If your complaint is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount and cover any costs.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
According to the European Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Prices and Promotions
Prices shown on JohnVictorin apply at the time of purchase.
We cannot offer campaign prices after a campaign has ended.
Promotion Terms – “3 for 2”
The offer applies when you purchase three products; the cheapest of the three is free.
Returns and refunds:
If you return one product from the campaign, no refund will be given, since you keep two products and paid for two.
If you return two products, the difference between the campaign price and the regular price will be refunded.
If you return all three products, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
Combination with other offers: The campaign cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The campaign applies only to the products included in the offer.
If one of the products is defective and you make a complaint, regular complaint rights apply.
JohnVictorin reserves the right to change or end the campaign without prior notice.
Promotion Terms – “Buy X Items, Get Y% Off”
The offer applies when you purchase at least X number of products. The discount is applied to the entire purchase at checkout.
Returns and refunds:
If you return part of your order so that the remaining number of items no longer qualifies for the discount, the discount will be adjusted.
Example:
If the campaign is “Buy 2, get 20% off,” but you return one of the products, you no longer qualify for the discount.
The remaining item will then be priced at its regular rate, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
This means that the refunded amount may be lower than what you originally paid per product, as the discount is lost.
Complaints for defective items are not affected by these terms. Approved complaints are compensated according to our complaints policy.

Change and Cancel Orders
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us before the order is sent.
